Product Description

Usage:
Powder metal conveyor belts are used for powder metallurgy sintering furnace, it is a type that the sprirals in same directions are knited interactively, the rods cross at the intersections. It is also called sintering mesh belt, high temperature mesh belt, able to stand high temperature more than 1150 degrees centigrade. It is widely used in continuous sintering production line. It is mainly used in to press into iron modeling, copper modelling, or other powder metallurgy products. It works in a continuous sintering process under protective atmosphere.

Mesh belts can be oxygen - free heated under high temperature, cooled, so that the powder matallurgy products will be modeled.

Advantages:
1,It is made of SUS314 able to stand high temperature more than 1150 degrees centigrade.
2,Stable structure for belt straight running.
3,It has different weaving types according to different brazing parts.
4,It has good tensile strength and is difficult to be deformed.
5,It has high-tensile strength and heavy-load capacity.

The sintered grate belt is composed of a number of ring arranged chain plates and metal wires. The main materials of the wire include stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, molybdenum alloy and so on. Among them, stainless steel mesh belt is the most common and common material choice.
Stainless steel mesh belt has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, high strength and long life. In the production of sintering furnace, the commonly used stainless steel materials are 304, 316, 310S and other different specifications.
